How it works
The ryokan posts a monthly drop-in bathing calendar: in October 2026 it opens 11am to 6pm and is closed on the 1st, 7th, 13th, 14th, 21st, 28th and 29th. The ryokan closes on Wednesdays and in winter. There is a mixed semi-open-air bath where the "yuami-gi" wrap is allowed (sold at the shop or brought by the visitor), a women-only semi-open-air bath, and the large bath of three wooden tubs 130, 85 and 70 cm deep, which alternates by time with the indoor bath between men and women. The baths run on flowing spring water with water added. The riverside bath and footbath are for overnight guests only.
