How it works
The operator publishes hours of 11am to 2am with irregular closures, five sauna rooms in the men's area and three in the women's, two kinds of cold bath on each side, a hot bath and a private sauna (HUONE) for whisking and groups. The daily schedule includes Aufguss and fan, sound, herbal and scrub retreats of 10 to 15 minutes led by sauna masters. Sauna use needs no booking; whisking and HUONE are booked separately. There is a restaurant, a workspace, a nap area and an aroma lab. Minato City's official guide describes the SOUND (up to 40 people), HAMON, ARC, VALO and PANORAMA rooms, towels included, a largely barrier-free layout and HUONE for 1 to 5 people for 90 minutes, mixed use in swimwear.
Walk-in 4-hour admission in gender-separated areas, with rituals scheduled through the day.
