The operator publishes a traditional dry sauna, an herbal eucalyptus steam room, a polar plunge, a heated indoor saltwater pool, indoor and outdoor lounges and a kombucha, tea and latte bar. Maximum stays of 6 minutes in the cold plunge and 15 minutes in the sauna, steam room and heated pool. Hours: closed Mondays; Tuesday to Thursday 6am to 10pm; Friday 10am to 10pm; Saturday and Sunday 9am to 10pm. The venue sits in a restored historic building on W. Palmer St.
