How it works
The ryokan lists day bathing in the "Hiba Sennin-buro" (mixed) from 7am to 6pm, with last entry at 5:30pm and a women-only hour from 8am to 9am, and in the "Tama no Yu" (gender-separated) from 9am to 5pm. From December 1, 2026 day bathing changes to 9am to 4pm (last entry 3:30pm), with access to both baths. The Sennin-buro, built entirely of hiba wood, has four springs in one hall; all five springs are acidic and sulphurous per the operator. The "yuami-gi" bathing wrap is optional and rented at the shop. The ryokan closes fully from November 16 to 18, 2026 for maintenance.
Paid walk-in entry at the front desk.
