The operator publishes a self-guided two-hour ritual in five steps: cedar-lined showers with a Dead Sea salt scrub, a steam sauna with a heated belly stone, two Finnish saunas (Cedar, the larger social room, and Aspen, built from Wisconsin aspen, silent with a starry ceiling), a cold plunge with seasonal views of Lake Monona and a rest lounge. Open 7am to 9pm, closed Tuesdays, with quiet hours from 7am to 10am. Swimwear required, screen-free space, guests 18 and over. Two towels, lockers, shower products and hair dryers included. Reservations recommended; walk-ins as capacity allows. A wheelchair lift serves the cold plunge and Hinoki soak. No massage offered.
