How it works
The operator publishes a 50 m² Finnish sauna heated to 85 to 100 °C at 10 to 20% humidity, and seven two-person cold baths at 3 to 10 °C. There are individual showers in the changing cabins and shared showers between the sauna and the baths, one large mixed changing room with cabins, and a lounge called the Agora with filtered water and herbal teas. Two formats run: a guided session, where a guide leads the alternation of sauna and cold with rest and breathing and ends on the warm side, and free-flow, used at your own pace. A full session lasts 45 minutes with 2 to 3 cycles of 10 to 15 minutes of sauna, 2 minutes in cold water and 5 minutes of rest. Two towels are included. Swimwear is required, phones stay out of the practice areas and access is by booking only.
Forty-five-minute guided or free-flow sessions booked through the online calendar.
