How it works
The chain has three locations (Orem, Downtown SLC and Fort Union); this one is at 336 W Broadway, with a parking garage under the building. The operator says it keeps the sauna around 190-200°F, lets guests pour water on the stones, and has both a social sauna and a silent sauna where staff enforce the silence. The cold plunge tubs use no chlorine or bromine and the water is changed daily. There are no reservations and no time limits; the space is co-ed and swimwear is required. Published hours: Monday to Thursday 6am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 6am to 10pm, Sunday 8am to 2pm. The site does not give capacity per location.
Walk-in with no booking or time limit, on a day pass or membership.
