How it works
The operator publishes two Finnish saunas, The Social Sauna and The Silent Sauna, three cold plunge pools of varying temperatures, a seated relaxation area, hot showers, lockers, changing rooms and water refill stations. It is open daily from 7am to 9pm. The standard session is self-guided, one or two hours, booked through the Lowlu app or at book.lowlu.com/wandsworth, and booking ahead is recommended. Swimwear is required; the operator asks guests to bring two towels (one for the sauna bench, one to dry off after plunging), a water bottle, flip-flops and loose layers for rest periods. Private hire of the whole site or a single sauna is offered, and there is a parking entrance at the back, at 8 Swandon Way.
Self-guided one- or two-hour session booked by time slot in the app.
