How it works
The operator publishes a contrast therapy with a dry sauna, an ice bath and a hot tub, sold as a guided class with breathing techniques or as a booked slot for personal use. Recovery Livre gives more independent access to the ice, the sauna and the hot tub for practitioners who have already done more than three sessions; Reset combines yoga, meditation, sauna and therapeutic baths. The studio also offers hot yoga, massage and events. The address and phone number, (61) 3051-9297, match the Wellhub and ClassPass listings. Prices, hours, capacity, temperatures and dress rules were not read.
A guided contrast class or a free-use slot, both booked in advance.
