How it works
The operator publishes six magnesium-infused spas (four at 38 °C, one at 24 °C) and a cold plunge at 12 °C, plus massage, head spa, singing-bowl sessions, body treatments and a bar with cocktails and finger food. The venue is for guests aged 18 and over. Groups of 6 to 8 can book a private bath, and parties of up to 30 can book the whole venue. Bookings go through Fresha, and 5- or 10-session packs are valid for 12 months and non-transferable. The site does not say which facilities are at which location. Press (Urban List, October 2026) reports saunas, a steam room, a hot spring spa and the Jade Sanctuary infrared suite, exclusive to the Brisbane site, with hours extended to 10pm Friday to Sunday.
Sessions booked through Fresha, with 5- or 10-entry packs and private baths for groups.
