The sauna is Finnish-style, 80-110°C (176-230°F) at 5-20% humidity, with steam from water on the rocks. It opens Wednesday to Sunday year-round, 7am-10pm, in 90-minute slots; closed Mondays, Tuesdays and major holidays. The 90-minute social session is shared by up to 15 people; the calendar also lists silent sessions, plus private sessions, member events and corporate events. Booking online is recommended and walk-ins are taken when space allows. Guests bring swimwear and two towels; there is no shower, only a hose with filtered lake water, and the restroom is at the Lago building.
