How it works
The operator publishes a sauna, ice bath, thermal bath, red light therapy room, training space, café and lounge and work area. The thermal circuit lasts 75 minutes and is always led by a guide, ending with 20 to 25 minutes of free flow; there are also Free-Flow sessions for experienced guests and family Free Flow sessions for children aged 8 and up. Swimwear required in the thermal area, towel required in the sauna; towels, locks and shower products included. Bookings open two weeks ahead, walk-ins as available. Events such as Sauna Rave need a separate ticket. Hours: Monday and Tuesday 12pm to 8:30pm; Wednesday 7am to 8:30pm; Thursday 7am to 10pm; Friday 7am to 10:30pm; Saturday 8:30am to 10:30pm; Sunday 8:30am to 8:30pm.
