The operator publishes yearly hours: October 5-24, 2026, 9am-5:30pm with bathing ending at 5pm; October 25, 2026 to February 14, 2027, 9am-4:30pm. Since March 30, 2026 the main entrance from Schulhof Promenade has reopened and bathing is outdoors only; the central building over the lake (building A and terrace B) has stayed closed since March 2025 after a structural report. Open areas include the main entrance, the summer building, the Festetics Day Spa, the wellness area and the Vital Bar. The site shows the current lake temperature (28°C at reading) and describes the water as rich in sulfur, magnesium, hydrogen-carbonate and carbon dioxide over a peat-mud bed. Tickets are sold at the cash desks and in the online shop.
3-hour or one-day tickets, one entry per purchase, plus hour-based passes valid 20 or 30 days.
