How it works
Operator publishes a glamping site where each dome tent is rented whole and has its own Finnish sauna and cold bath, and also sells day-use sauna to non-residents in four shifts of 2h30. The day-use area has a high-temperature barrel sauna, a low-temperature electric sauna, a cold bath in a soy-sauce barrel 1.7 m across and 2 m tall, taken over from the maker Daimon Shoyu, and a shower built from a ski-lift chair. The cold-bath water is natural Hakuba water, slightly alkaline, only filtered and disinfected. For overnight guests, a sauna concierge sets temperature, humidity and scent and performs an aufguss service. The page shows two opening dates, March 2020 and March 2022, so the date was not recorded.
Private day-use sauna in a 2h30 shift booked online, or an overnight stay with a sauna in the tent.
