The operator publishes the summer bathing season from 27.4 to 27.9.2026, daily from 9am until 7pm or 7:30pm; season-pass holders may enter from 6am, with no lifeguard before 9am. The central Herrenbecken pool, expanded from 1899, holds 19°C spring water. From 7.10.2026 to 28.3.2027 the sauna area opens Wednesday to Sunday 2pm to 10pm; on Wednesdays the whole facility is women only, and Thursday to Sunday the sauna is mixed. The sauna closes from 24 to 26.12.2026 and on 31.12.2026 and 1.1.2027. In 2022 the municipality commissioned a study of the thermal springs, published on the site.
Day or half-day tickets in summer; in winter, sauna by the day or 3 hours, sold at the sauna café.
