How it works
The operator publishes two 8-person wood-fired saunas (Woodland, next to two ice baths at 3 °C, and Riverside, next to the natural pool), a natural pool continuously fed by fresh spring water, without chlorine, in the park's former seal pond, showers, changing rooms and a fire pit. Shared sessions are capped at 7 people per sauna; when one sauna is privately hired, the rest of the site remains shared. Over-18s only; everyone signs a waiver. Bring swimwear, water and two towels. Parking available. Booking via the website or the Spaces app; cancellation 48 hours ahead.
1-hour drop-in session booked online, shared with other guests across the two saunas, the natural pool and the ice baths.
