The operator publishes hours of Sunday to Thursday 9am to 10pm and Friday and Saturday 9am to midnight, with last entry 1 hour before closing. Ems thermal water carries more than 30 minerals and leaves the Robert-Kampe-Sprudel spring at 56.6°C. Published temperatures: indoor thermal pool 33°C, bubble pool 36°C, outdoor thermal pool 32 to 35°C, hot pool 38°C, cold pool 18°C, exercise pool 32°C and a 25 m outdoor sports pool at 24 to 28°C. Swimwear is required in the baths; the sauna park is textile-free. On Sundays from 3pm entry is for guests 16 and over only.
Tickets for 2, 3 or 4 hours or a full day, with or without sauna, with a fee for each extra 15 minutes.
