The CTBI website lists opening hours of 05:00 to 19:45 Monday to Friday and 05:00 to 19:30 on weekends and holidays. The water rises above 70 °C; the private tubs (Pultumarka pavilion with 10 tubs, Ninac Yacuc with 12, Imperial with 10, Familiar with 6 for up to 4 people) have one hot-water and one cold-water tap to set the temperature, 30 minutes per ticket, and swimwear is not required since they are private. The semi-Olympic thermal pool opens Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 05:00 to 17:00 in 1 h 45 min slots, with a shower beforehand, swimwear and sandals required. The sauna runs in two locations in 2-hour slots, mixed (05:00, 10:00, 12:30 and 17:30) and women only (07:30 and 15:00). The complex also offers massages, hydromassage, the Pultumarka hotel and bungalows. In March 2024 Mincetur delivered renovation works adding 39 individual tubs and 5 family pools.
