The operator's Instagram profile (@colmegnaspa) gives opening hours of Tuesday to Friday 2pm-9pm and Saturday 12pm-8pm at the Sarmiento street address; the colmegna.com.ar domain is for sale and does not work as a website. La Nación (July 2025) describes the circuit: an acclimatisation chamber for 5 to 10 minutes, a dry sauna at 60-70 °C, a second sauna at 80 °C, a Turkish bath at 50 °C, a steam bath, a covered Carrara-marble pool at 8-10 °C fed from an aquifer 110 metres down, and a warm pool, with a single cabin, towels, bathrobe, swimwear and footwear handed out on arrival. The spa opened for men as the Instituto Médico de Hidro-Electroterapia; the women's section came later, and some special days are mixed for women and couples. The circuit-only pass cost ARS 36,000 and a monthly pack of 10 passes ARS 250,000; 50-minute massages, barbering, manicure and beauty treatments cost extra, and there is a resto-bar. Bairès Secreta (July 2026) repeats the founding in 1895 by Luis Colmegna.
