According to the MINCETUR inventory record (2024), the Huacho peasant community has run the site since 1999; the roughly 1,500 m² complex opened in 2006 and has 3 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool, 10 sauna pools, 4 circular private pools, 4 family pools, 1 mud pool, individual baths, separate changing rooms, key lockers, a concession restaurant and massage service. The springs measure 32 °C, 38 to 40 °C and 42 °C. Published hours: 06:00 to 19:30, Monday to Sunday. La República (2025) reports that people who have been drinking, pets and food are not allowed in.
