How it works
The operator lists the thermal spa as open Sunday to Thursday 9am-10pm, Friday 9am-12:30am and Saturday 9am-11pm from September to May (pools and saunas close 30 minutes earlier), with 15 pools, 2,000 m² of water, thermal water at 28-36°C and a natural bathing pond. The Sauna Garten Eden has 16 saunas, including the Event-Seesauna and two Uhudler saunas at 80-100°C, a 65°C darre, a bio sauna, a tepidarium, steam baths, an infrared cabin and a snow sauna at -11 to -5°C, plus an outdoor nude pool at 36°C and plunge pools at 10-20°C. Under the house rules the saunas, pools and outdoor area of the Sauna Garten Eden are clothes-free; the sauna is mixed, the Lady's Spa (4 saunas) is women-only, and the minimum age is 13. The weekly programme runs aufguss sessions with a sauna master in the Event-Seesauna from 11am to 9:30pm, with limited places. Walk-in entry is possible; booking a lounger online secures a place on busy days. Four further saunas are reserved for hotel guests.
Day or timed pass to the thermal spa, with a supplement for the sauna area and scheduled aufguss sessions.
